installing a set of ten inch itp c series on rear and i was wandering what kind of gearing change it would make and if i would need to go down to a 13 tooth on the front

if your rear tire size stays the same the gearing will be the same ,

Going from 20-11-9 to a 20-11-10

yes 20 is tire hight .. if that stays the same gearing stays the same

11 means tire width and 9 or 10 in your case is rim hight

10-11-12 for tire width fits on your rim

ummmm kinda depends on what tiers your runnin are the paddles. if so id that oviusly means u run on the sand so id lower your gearing anyways. unless you have like a stroker moter with alot of power but if its mostly stock id lower the gears if your runnin in the sand of your just runnin nobies id leave it.
