Extremes to much?

I bought a pair of Haulers but they're unusually small for the size. So i'm going to return them and get a bigger size but they're out of the ones I want, 21x12x8 8's. Do you guys think Extremes on a Douglas .125 wheel is to much? Or should I hold out for the Haulers? Mods are in sig. Thanks!!

I had really good luck with the 21-12-8 9 paddles on my play bike with about the same mods.

 

the extreams have reinforced blades, they are not any taller than the regular haulers

Thanks for the response! I've been looking at the forum for a while now and seems I can get better insight on my bike here then anywhere else. So I signed up Do you know if there is much weight difference between the two? Or not enough to worry about?

I don't know how much the Haulers weigh, but I just bought a set of 21x12x8 8pdl extreams on .125's and they weigh @11lbs each on the wheel

extremes paddle cups are the same height as the haulers but not the same with. the extreme has a thicker cup for more hookup as the haulers are softer and bend a little more.

 

rule of thum is the if that the equivalent of an 8 paddle hauler is a 7 paddle extreme.
