Flywheel puller will not fit but is right tool

dirt in the threads will make you think the threads are buggered. i always spray the shit outta them with wd 40 then with a small wire brush. even the ugliest of rusty ass dirty flywheel threads are able to be to be cleaned. the puller is USUALLY what strips. the metal is softer than the flywheel.try cleaning them.

I've tried everything mentioned except the tree jaws puller and welding the tool to the flywheel. Lethaface had a lightend flywheel when i bought my crankshaft from him. maybe he still has it. Thanks for all the ideas guys.
