Unselect the 2 boxes to make homepage etc when installing. http://maps.live.com/ Under Explore Install 3d. Then when your done checkout my map of glamis/gordons area I just threw together. Select 3d, Hybrid, Birds Eye View. Use mouse wheel to zoom in, and ctrl mouse rotations to rotate the map. It is similar but google earth seems slow to me and not as detailed as far as graphics.
