Duneman101 Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 i dont care where it went, but i have rode for many years and i have never once seen it pull any fluid back into the rad. there has been many topics on the site over this topic and as always there are one or two cats and dogs that claim thier worked, but like i said i call bullshit. alright alright, i am not trying to start an arguement or keyboard race. I was just giving my opinion and past experience. how about we agree to disagree... Quote
2strokespirit Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 I saw them one modquad's website. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 alright alright, i am not trying to start an arguement or keyboard race. I was just giving my opinion and past experience. how about we agree to disagree... oh i agree man not meaning to razz you i just say things over and over and over and it becomes monotonous. like said this topic has been brought up NUMEROUSE times. agree to disagree  Quote
2strokespirit Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 i have never seen one pull back in, there are a few guys that claim theirs did but I dont beleive it. Agreed!! I know of some guy that relocated his just behind his radiator, dont know where, but he claims it does work now. I think the distance from the rad to the bottle are to far and some guy claimed with a bigger connecting tube his worked as well. WOULD BE NICE IF IT WORKED THOUGH. If i had the time I would try to relocate mine as well with a differant tube. On my RZ350 bike it surely works, but its much closer to the radiator and it does has a thicker connecting line. Quote
XxMeltIcexX Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 The only way i'd run one is if i had a Quicksand polished aluminum bottle... Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 What air filter you going with? Hollisapt has the K&N & Pro Flow adapter setup. Cut the box but kept the front of it in order to mount it & also kept the rear of the box in place to hold the bottle. Air Filter is fully exposed, thought it was a good mod! Quote
Bansh88 Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 Yank the coolant bottle off and toss it! Quote
