He will no longer return my ebay messages or anything so I was just coming here to see what everybody elses experiences has been with him. I am fully aware CFM will read this post, and hopefully he will send my swinger out after seeing that I am extemley unhappy on here, as well as ebay. Any info anybody could get me about any experiences with this guy would be very helpful. Quote

I know he went through a rough divorce....plenty on here can understand that. That being said...he's posted he's ready to do biz again...and that past is behind him. I called him at the number in that post within the last month or so... Told him who I was, and another site I'm on, everything2stroke.com is looking for a swingarm and possible a arm or other fab builder to be on the "preferred" list for the site. Wasn't asking for a dime for sponsorship, I just wanted to feel him out...man to man, over the phone to see where his thoughts were. (Yeah, I know how bad that sounds....oh well....) Anyways, I was expecting at least a call back, even a PM saying sure, no, no thanks, piss off...something... Nothing. NO PMs, no phone call, no nothing. So...either business must be too good he doesn't need to take on other work, or...he's truly not ready to start going down the right path.... I told one guy on that site to get an arm from him...and he was happy with it....too bad, good prices and quality work can go far in this biz....but a responsible businessman is needed first.... You cannot produce any, and my records show nothing. My offer still stands, produce any legit info and you will be refunded. dajogejr, Buisness is slowley getting better, but I'm still a one man show at this point, hence the hard to get ahold of part. I estimate at least a 6-8 months before things are as they used to be.. Thanks Quote

I have the info in the PM and investigating what happened will be my first order of buisness when I get into work. However I do have a laser tattoo removal appt tomorrow for this wedding band that I so stupidly got, so Thursday will be when that happenes. Should you not hear from me by 2pmEST on that day, please call me on my personal phone number that I PM'ed you The buisness number rings about every 10 minutes and alot of times I just can't get it. I got ahold of him and he sent me another... same thing. I ended up getting a modquad swinger instead. I got to talk to someone from the shop that was making them and I was told that the jig got set-up wrong and about 100 swingers got made crooked. Sux man.... but I never did get anything of use for my $399. I would still like to get that $$$ back someday. Or something at least.... Quote

I don't make any swingarms that go for 400 dollars, but call me and let's get this taken care of if you purchased a faulty product.. And yes, there was a batch that the jig was off due to operator error. It cost me a measily 20 freakin grand in product... since then there is a sign off sheet to check and re-calibrate the jig if needed after every 5th one.. But rest assured, he was there on Friday to collect his 600 dollar check... I felt like breaking his head with one of the arms... That was about 8-10 months ago. Thanks Quote

Sorry to hear about all that $$$ going down the drain man. $399 was for the +4 and the carrier.... I used the carrier :biggrin: So I guess I lied about getting nothing for my $399. The carrier was awesome... twinrow and zerk fitting, nice! Are you saying that I can send you back my swinger for something else or credit of some sort?
