Bansh-eman Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 dont bother with the jetting kits. they wont give you exactly what you need. buy the jets seperate. at sea level using stock carbs with pods, and pipes your looking at roughly this jetting 300-310 main 27.5 pilot stock needle 3rd or 4th clip... air screw 2 turns out that will get you very close. then you will just have to play with it a little from there to fine tune it Quote

J-Madd Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 With those mods and + timing I ran 25 pilots, stock needle in middle, and 350 mains. A little rich, but it ran great. 300 ft elevation, 60-95 degrees F*. Quote
dajogejr Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 Pods and T5s I ran 340 mains and 27.5 pilots... In the UAE...it's HOT. So...that will richen your jetting a hair... Start fat, work down. I'd get a pair of 300 to 340 main jets, start big...work your way down. Quote
