can anybody give me a review on maxxis rooster v-paddles? I can get a set for a good price, but dont know much about them. i did the search but no one really answers this question, all i really found was people telling the asker to get haulers.

Most people on here run either Sand stars or haulers of some kind some one might have some info on these but not ttoo sure....It all depends on what kind of riding you plan on doing.....

Mainly just playin' on the dunes, and a little drag racing.

any paddle will be better than nothing. A set of haulers would probably be your best bet, there is a reason everybody reccomends haulers they are great tires that have proven themselves to be one of the best.

If you got a good deal on them, get them. It's a solid tire and will work great.

As much as people praise Haulers, Skat Traks are the only paddle I've ever seen come apart. They are light and fast but with the paddles being glued on, problems can arise.

A molded tire will basically last forever.

currently have skate II's

Sand Stars

Sand Sharks

Kenda the Trackers

and haulers

For cheap paddles that work for duning, sand sharks

BEST V-PADDLE, Skate II's

good all around value, Stars

Best paddle Period HAULERS

if you know how to use the throttle you don't need the v paddle

If you are getting a screaming deal on those paddles and aren't going to be hillshooting only then they will work great.

i run the ebay Sand Haulers 8 paddle straights. You can pick them up for no more than $120 with shipping. i have about 20 hours on mine and they still look brand new.

edit: i even trail ride my straights, v's are for pussys  i have no problem out pacing everyone else.
