Do i jump to the port or progress with the head. Money is tight at the moment and just thinking about the head then get the port and more engine work all at the same time. Please help. Quote

Please help. well, are you in need of a top end ?? if not i'd do the head and save up for the port. they head isnt going to give you the power a port will but if moneys tight ,id save up. Quote
00tbanshee Posted September 22, 2007 Report Posted September 22, 2007 if you are doing the head save alittl money and just get your stock head milled or get it redomed.you can have it redomed for around 110$ or milled for around 35$ Quote
sredish Posted September 22, 2007 Report Posted September 22, 2007 (edited) for the record, you can have your head milled for like $30 or $40. You can port your cylinders and then mill the head and accomplish most of what you would with a new head.
