I have a question about the o-ring that goes on the back side of the basket. Mine does not exist.Do I need it? This is the 1st time the clutch has been out.

for after market clutches there is no ring. the rings is to help with clutch chatter. its not needed

Okay. I wonder why the microfiche shows it. mine didnt have one from the factory,unless it fell off and disintegrated. Thanks guys!
