chevy7398 Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 did you put the slides back in the correct carbs when you put the throttle cable in, that would cause your problem, i bet your shifter side pipe is smokin and your brake side is not and cold, if so take them back apart and put the slide in the right carb Quote

If they are turn in your air screw on the one that's not smokin till it's equal or turn it out on the smoker till it's even. A bike being slightly rich at idle will start easier see what it likes as far as crispness off idle and starting ability. Quote
