so i didnt want to mess up on the carbs so i got my local dealer to show me where to drill them and he marked them with sharpie and all but the problem is he marked the wrong hole and when i went to drill i drilled the wrong hole and now its messed up is there a way i can cover it up and do the other side or is my carb screwed?

go back to the dealer and tell them they're buying you new carbs. thats what i'd do..

he didnt drill them i did he marked which ones to drill and the one was the wrong one.

damn right, go back to the dealer. If they are anything like the local idiot stealership here, they wont do a damn thing.

 

Atleast you can get stock banshee carbs for cheap on ebay.

Yea your local stealership isn't gonna do anything for your cause. My local dealership is a piece of shit, I asked some technical questions and got the googly eyes from them like I had a dick on my face. If anyone ever goes to southern ocean cycle in south jersey, your a bigger idiot then the guy selling you the bike. Starts scouring the hq for stock carbs or hit up ebay.

can you show us a picture of where you drilled it? Most likely, you can get some jb weld and close the hole smoothly, just don't let any get to the inside of the carb. you'll probably want to do that with the carb off or at least with the slide out so you can see inside where the hole pokes through.

its just a normal hole, i was thinking about putting another bolt in that hole and all but i couldnt find one at lowes that fits it. im going to try jb weld tomorrow.

that'll work. just jb weld or something similar to seal the hole. that'll work fine.

hahah i jb welded a bolt in there and its perfect omg hahah im 2 good lol jk i thought i was going to have to get new carbs! ill get pics when i get home from school.
