2002 banshee mods are as follows 0.30 over wiesico pistons, 25thousands milled head, bike also had mild porting done to it, i also slaped on cpi inframe pipes with 290 jets, compression was checked and it was 150 on both cylinders, can anyone tell me around how much hp bike has and remember bike has everthing original from head to carbs, can some one also tell me what the effect would be if i applied reeds and timing, and how much timing i can put to still run with 93 octane fuel, thank u for ur time

Every little thing helps throw +4 degrees timing at it, reeds good idea I have ran carbon techs for a long time with no issuse and a lot cheaper then V-force, Seperate K&N Ponds are better then an air box depending on where you ride. (Where are you located?)

Again depending on your riding you can have the flywheel lightened too, or switch out to a PVL

I would get an adj. timing plate, advance the timing to +4, and get some vf3 reeds. Gives some good bottom end and excellent throttle response.

Whats a PVL?

If you have to ask what a PVL is, you're not ready for one...

It is a lightweight ignition system that doesn't turn as much weight of that as a flywheel.

Unless this is a Drag race only bike, DO NOT get a PVL.... Also, if you're running Pod Filter, you should probably check your mains unless you're at a really high elevation....over 3500 or 4000 feet.

With Pod filters and inframe drag pipes and porting, you should have a 350 main or so....

 I have a full race port 350cc 200lbs compression on 120 race fuel and run at sea level and I ran 320's.

Personally I would think around 300 or 280. He's got 290's which sounds like it works good.

i'm at 360's w/ no porting at sea ,so do a plug chop when done , as you can see it could or could not be ok?

This must be a difference from the West Cost to the East Coast. News to me, of all the bikes I've done or helped with I don't think I ever went that big. well only playing with alky once.

I guess you do learn something everyday
