bent plastic

My plastic has been through a roll over before I got it. The blue has white color where it was bent. Is there any way to bring the color back in the white spots? Heat gun or torch? What causes the color to change to white?

you wont get it perfect, but a heat gun is your best bet, i used a torch on my dirtbike fender and got it pretty good but it melted a bit and broke off after a couple rides.
