im running fmf sst and fmf spec suggest 32:1 50/50 mix of race fuel and super unleaded but im running 24:1 super unleaded with yamalube should i change for better performance

Oil is oil...

Unless it's crisco or mazola...

32:1 is fine.

Everyone has their own favorite oil to run...so...here ya go...

And timing...

Compression and timing are the main factors in the need for race gas. Compression more so than timing!

Get a good quality gauge, see where it's at...and let us know...

If its a 130, I see no reason to run race gas.

And what is "fmf spec"?

As far as I am concerned, you can throw fmf suggestions out the window.

They are a baseline and a poor one at that.

I would run (insert your favorite brand name of oil here) at a 32:1 ratio

depending upon your mods.

Post up all your mods.

Whats the compression? A shaved head with 130 psi is not very healthy. You dont need to run race gas with that kind of compression. So, if thats what it actually is then you will be ok on 93 octane. Something doesn't add up here though.
