Philippos Posted August 19, 2007 Report Posted August 19, 2007 i need your help and opinions (as i got no idea) as i got my bike more on the ground i need more power which v forces to get 1 ,2, 3? and what will i get installing reeds? im more on the trails , mx Quote
RagunCajun Posted August 19, 2007 Report Posted August 19, 2007 (edited) Those reeds provide a crisper and overall better throttle responce. It's not something you want to buy if you want hp because i dont think that alone will do anything great. I could be wrong though. It does help the bike breathe though, i have them on my shee. WALLACE84 Posted August 19, 2007 Report Posted August 19, 2007 If your bike is ported, then you will noticed a difference over stockers for sure. Just go with the vf3s. It probley going to start getting harded to find replacement reeds for the 2's  Quote
HKIC Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 i dont mean to steal your thread or nething.. but what is the difference between boyesen(sp?) and vforce? Quote
WALLACE84 Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 Well boyesen reeds are just the actual pedals and vforces have their own cage design. Thats why they are some much more then boyesen carbon fibers or something Quote
RZBansheeMan Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 The boyesen "RAD Valve" is a whole cage. If I'm not mitaken the Boyesen's are just 4 petal reed setups vs. V-force's 8 that are adjustable. Quote

Yea I know boyesen makes the rad valve but its more common for people to buy just the reeds from them. Thats what I was comparing the vfs too. Plus, I know a few people with the boyesen rad valves and they are not too happy with them Quote
