tidos76 Posted August 18, 2007 Report Share Posted August 18, 2007 I have a fairly modded banshee, i built it for mostly sand drags and trails. but last night i went to the drag strip to run my car and got to thinkin about the banshee. my question is, what all do i have to have to pass tech inspection for the banshee. the track is a NHRA track so i know their kinds strict.i know i need helmet, leather gloves and jacket, and a tether kill. snowmanzz13 Posted August 19, 2007 Report Share Posted August 19, 2007 well, they should let you run on dirt tires, but only 1/8 mile if they follow the nhra book, you'll need a chain guard, tether kill switch and i think thats all i needed, i finally ran mine down here in florida and followed the NHRA book to the t lol, but if you run street tires, they should let you run 1/4, and i'm takin that from the NHRA book Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
