coolant

my clymers says coolant capacity is 2.5 liters, but 1.5 filled it up for me.

could there be an air pocket or something like that?

if i had to guess i would say 1.5 liters is about right, but the manual says otherwise so i would appreciate if someone would let me know.

start the bike up and see if it drops. if not, then youre fine. if so then add coolant.

I did three heat cycles with it and the coolant didnt drop at all, and then I rode it for about half an hour and it didnt get real hot or anything either so i guess its fine. :cool:

I just put it in till its full, start it with the cap off, run it 20 seconds, top it off and go.
