What material is better for the spacer in the upper a arm?

I got my new a arms today but ASR sent the wrong spacers and heim collars for the upper a arms and forgot my brake lines.

Anyways the a arms look real nice fully adjustable. When i called they said that they had composite spacers or aluminum spacers for the uppers. heres a pic of the a arms, http://www.amstarmanufacturing.com/images/...Arm_Package.jpg

look at the uppers there the left and right a arm on the top of the pic, you will see the aluminum spacer that goes the distance from one heim joint to the other. Well this spacer comes in two different materials it comes in composite or aluminum. In the pic its aluminum. Anyways I have to figure out which one to get, anybody have any advice on which material i should get?

i don't see where strength would be an issue there so i'd get whatever looks best or can be made to the best.....so prolly aluminum

yeah they are more of just guides and covers so get what looks best.

my quicksand arms use an aluminum spacer. i really dont think it matters. just get some and go ride!!
