Ok tried this in the mod section,hopefully i'll get more ideas here.Need tires for concrete like hard packed dirt drags. My pro wedges spun bad,so did all the bikes on nobby tires. Would turf tamers or tt style tires hook better? eric

I had my ass handed to me at some races where the starting line was a real hard packed dirt/clay, and people were running ice screws in the tires on the banshees. After those races I put 500 ice screws in each tire and boy was that what the doctor ordered!!! :biggrin:

What kind of tires were you using?

turf tammers work great on that style terrian,,kenda claws work,,and holeshot mxrs work becuse there so soft and made for that style on the track

I just had some regular ITP holeshots, so I just put the screws in them.

i run bolted tires and they hook hard iwas running nonbolted tires and got smoked off the line running cut mud light sp now with bolts in every tread (5) bolts per row of tread
