blackandyellowshee Posted July 3, 2007 Report Posted July 3, 2007 Would I have to change my jetting if I went to Oregon? I am pretty much at sea level right now, but I am in BC Canada. Would I have to jet bigger? I am running fattys with air filter and v force 3's. 290 mains with 27.5 pilots. Thanks a lot Quote

FredMW Posted July 3, 2007 Report Posted July 3, 2007 If you are planning to ride at the Oregon Dunes they are at Sea Level. Your jetting sounds right. Quote
Snopczynski Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 If you are planning to ride at the Oregon Dunes they are at Sea Level. Your jetting sounds right. I would verify you are coming from an area that is sea level before completely deciding your not going to rejet. The air out at the coast is more humid, dense and cold than inland air also. This can play a factor in your jetting. Quote
Ducman Posted July 5, 2007 Report Posted July 5, 2007 Port Alberni, I'm assuming the "port" means a city at sea level. So in that case no jetting changes necessary. Quote
blackandyellowshee Posted July 7, 2007 Author Report Posted July 7, 2007 yeah my town is right on the water but i live a little bit outta town, its about 200ft above, if that. Snopczynski, Port Alberni is about just below halfway on vancouver island, just above Nanaimo. Quote
