You will still needs the studs, domes and o-rings. Its in good condition, with no major pits or nicks on any of the sealing surfaces. It could probably use to be lapped, but being a machinist I lap everything. The bolt on fitting for the coolant hose has been time-serted, so no worries about stripping holes. $50 obo, PM me about shipping.
