jag706 Posted June 29, 2007 Report Posted June 29, 2007 I have had a rear brake issue since I bought this shee in'04. It started witha locking caliper, warping the rotors, but I finally ditched it after temporary fixes. I bought a used rear brake system with a new rotor and pads, and have swapped out my old set up. I bleed the whole system numerous times but I still have the same mushy rear brake feel with not much bite. When I rode my boyz shee I went to slow wheelie it, and I had to jab the rear brake like I would on mine, and MAAN! It came down so fast and hard, I almost went over the bars!. I am all out of options. I have bleed the rear system so many times, different ways, and I can't see any visible leaks. WHY do I continue to have shit brakes???????? Could it be the rear master cylinder? Maybe you guys can suggest a different type of bleeding method? -this is not the first time I have bleed brakes. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks  Quote

locogato11283 Posted July 1, 2007 Report Posted July 1, 2007 you might need to rebuild the brake caliper. they make kits for that. Quote
