MIKE187
My Banshee that I picked up on Monday backfires out of the right side (brake side). The right cylinder does not come to life at the same time as the left one. It is noticeably delayed. I checked compression and both cylinders checked @ 100 psi, and from what I have read that is a low for a stock motor. I didn't know where to start looking. TurboBanshee420
I would start by looking into the carbs. If they are not opening at the exact same time then they need to be sync'd... then throw some new plugs in there and try again. if still nothing changes then look at the reeds and make sure they are all still in one peice. if it's good then, maybe it's time for a rebiuld... or even check to make sure the coil/plug wires are on tight. Check back when your done with these....
