dieseltwitch Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 (edited) I got a WORKING! 600R motor for 100$ the bike crashed and tore the front end off but the motor still runs just fine. no damage at all. I want to mount it in a Shee frame i have. i just want to see what other people have done. searching for street bike motors in banshee frames doesnt bring up much on Google. so you just wondering what other people have done. my biggest questions are..... How to route the EXH and how to fix up the swing arm mount. just another one of my never ending projects. I just noticed i have it the topic listed at YFZ600R it should be YZF600R sorry guys Edited June 11, 2007 by dieseltwitch Quote

dajogejr Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 If you are a fabricator or have easy access to a fab shop, I say go for it... Keep in mind, there are a lot of little things you'll come across...that will drive you nuts. For example...when the kickstarter is down, the bike won't start... Little things like that... If you have patience to see it through and do it right, and access to a fab shop, I say go for it.... Also.. planetsand.com has plenty of streetbike powered and snowmobile powered quads, might be a better resource as well.... Quote
