I did a plug chop after I did a 1/4 -1/2 mile WOT run on my SHEE. I had about a 3-4mm tall dark brown ring on my porcelin on both plugs. But it stalls when I am shifting through gears only 4-6th gear. Now, 1-3rd pulls hard wheelies and the initial start is good without revving it out. Almost feels like it is bogging. But, when I open up every gear in 5th & 6th, the gear is short and raps out fast. It is revving but doesn't have any harder pull(RPMS). I need advice...

Here are my mods & elev/temp.

900-1000 ft elevation

75-90 degrees(F)

32:1 Yamalube(93 octane)

Toomey T5's

290 main / 27.5 pilot(1.75 turns) / Toomey needle(3rd from blunt end---was 4th)

K&N filter and outerwear w/ proflow adapter / no airbox lid / holes in airbox

Noss machine 21cc cool head

V-force 3 reed cages

Boonman! lightened flywheel

+4 advanced timing Ricky Stator plate

so youve gotta be rich since you didnt blow anything up on a WOT run that long. id drop the main down some. pilot seems ok. you might also wanna switch up your gas mix some. try running klotz at 40 or 50:1. 32:1 is a lot of oil to burn..

ok that would sound right but I don't even have a brown ring on the very top flat ring on the threads. It is just silver, but there is oil residue on the first couple threads. The 2 mm ring is like a gray/brown color. After I run my bike and just put around, I looked at my plugs after 2 days and the top of the porcelin is gray and their is still no chocolate brown/cardboard brown color on the base ring. The ground strap is burnt black from the bottom where it is welded to about half way up the bend and the rest is gray.

Now I am thinkin this might be lean. I mean it really picked up throttle response when I went to the 3rd clip from the blunt end on the Toomey needles. I almost am thinkin to try 300 mains. But doesn't the pilot give me the brown ring on the top of the porcelin and base ring?

Help me out.

When you say silver, you aren't seeing silver flakes are you? Because if you are the flakes are usually motor parts being destroyed, or is just a grey color. It should be brown if everything was dialed in..............
