i just replaced my clutch and have everything adjusted right but when the motor is runnung there is a rattle behind that case somewhere, the crank and rods are about 2 years old and they dont have that many hours on them any suggestions would be great!!!!

ok, this isnt really near the case but check your tool bag, if you have one. Plus the banshees have always had a disinct tiny raddling nose somewhere. And if that doesnt help, check all the bolts that you replaced to put on that clutch.

Ya might look at your shift lever. When I rev mine up it vibrates left to right, but when I put my foot against it the noise stops..............

And yes its tight, but I am not sure why it vibrates..............

Depending on what clutch you installed, you could have some clutch chatter. The chatter can come from worn basket cushions, or the plates themselves. If pulling the clutch in or revving the bike a bit stops the rattle, you are probably fine to ride. You may also have a kick gear index clip that is broke or not positioned right. This cal cause the kick gear to walk forward and touch the basket gear. Not cool on that one.
