They hold air fine have no plugs in them to my knowledge . the front rims are itp and the back are douglas ? I started to cut off 1 peice of the tread on the rear tire to make them into paddles but gave up after removing 1 tread. UMMM BILLET REAR BREAK RESI AND CAP AND plunger with CHROME plated break petal. Non negotiable , this thursday friday only !!!!!!!!! I got bills i got to pay and rather get rid of this shit , it has no value to me... but to get ahead right now in life. OOOOH hubs and shocks too , thumb throttle , motor mounts ... all in whatever condition but if you powdercoated it , they would be BLING BLING !!!!!
