ban1 Posted April 25, 2007 Report Posted April 25, 2007 just got new carbs (28mm) now has bad bog it 1/2 throttle and wont rev past that even if fethering the gas. had 34mm carb on it and and had a bog at bottem end. now thats gone,think it was too big of carbs my mod are vitos supper stock pistons cool head 20cc domes carbon fiber reedsmild porting and uni pod filters mounted in a box. new carbs have 200 mains and 27.5 pilots needle second clip from bottom and air screws 1.25 turns out dont know if need to go bigger or smaller on mains to get rid of bog. please help,thanks any one looking for some 34mm carbs with dial a jets with bulls eye intakes and stock type intakes let me know Quote
locogato11283 Posted April 25, 2007 Report Posted April 25, 2007 what carbs are these?? mikunis?? if so, jetting would prolly be similar to stock carbs. you need to be more up towards 300 with the main jet. pilot sounds right.. i bet its way lean. dont blow it up!! Quote

ban1 Posted April 28, 2007 Author Report Posted April 28, 2007 ok got 300 mains and it was better but still there.it did rev higher thow so i took some old jets and drilled them out with a 1/16 inch drill bit and it is even better but still not right.dont know what size jet that would be but still need to go bigger any help would be great thanks Quote
