(not realy on the subject how it works) costs any info on subject would be helpfull hold more fluid better flowing and way more cooling can run higher psi on pump gas adjustable compression domes for different alt, temp, and racing needs. higher compression=more power. Use o-rings less prone to leaking and easy mess free change. No gaskets. look nice and are frikin awesome. sell around $230 I think. you can use pro design domes or noss domes. Quote
Duner440 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 + cheaper than a Pro Design Cool Head and you dont have to change the head studs. Quote
bansheeryder_69 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 + Dlnoss gives a discount to hq members and is a pretty good guy  Quote
Animalman294 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 You used to be able to get them anadized, but unless they found a new anadizer I don't think they are in colors anymore. But the head is well worth the money................. Quote
felcon edition banshee Posted April 23, 2007 Author Report Posted April 23, 2007 so what is better for a real tight udget cool or noss heads? Quote
Duner440 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 I would say Noss because its cheaper. Quote
dlnoss Posted April 24, 2007 Report Posted April 24, 2007 We took some heads to a new anodizing shop to get done in black. Just one color to start with in case we don't like the results. The new shop doesn't do 'bright dipping' which involves dipping the parts in boiling phosphoric acid. Sounds pretty hazardous but made the parts look good. The guy said it shouldn't make much difference since the parts have a good finish to begin with. I think Jeff is wanting some of them. If anyone else does, let me know. I'll post how they look when I get them back. -David Quote

SoCalinIt Posted April 24, 2007 Report Posted April 24, 2007 I'm still pissed I didn't get the FAST Racing head! That shaved weight has got to be good for a few more ponies! Quote
Meat Posted April 24, 2007 Report Posted April 24, 2007 3. added info dlnoss has been here helping bansheehq members for many years, he's a sponsor and that money spent keeps this forum online. David Noss has sold alot of Banshee heads and there's never any complaints on these forums. I'v been running one of his heads for about 5 years now. It never leaks, never blows o-rings or anything weird like that. It just does its job. Iv had the head on and off the cylinders atleast 6 times since I'v owned it and it always comes right off and goes right back on without any giving me any trouble. I have a red anodized head and the color still looks like it did the day I bought it. Quote
