You've covered all the basic bases...best I can tell by what you're answered and wrote.

 

All you're doing is pulling the carbs and pipes, not a huge deal...

 

No...you can't use a compression tester, unless you take the check ball out of it.

However, you only want to run 6PSI...and I don't think you'll be able to get an accurate reading that low anyways...(Not sure of too many motors that run with 6PSI...:) )

 

Buy a low pressure tire gage, dial style, and take the check valve out....

I think i fixed it. I had it started yesterday after the 30 kicks so i let it sit overnight. And today i went over every nut and bolt and tighted all on the motor. Some of them were not as tight as they should have been so now they are all good and tight. So i go to start it and second kick it starts. So i dont know if there was a leak somewhere from not being tight enough or if its just that i started it yesterday and it didnt feel like pissing me off today so im gonna let it sit for a few days and if it starts after sitting, i will know what it was.
