Unless you had a really built engine. Chances are the dune buggy is going to weigh more than the banshee. Then add 2 people to the wight. You would be better off using a 1000 cc engine out of a crotch rocket. Way easier on the fuel, better power delivery. Quote

I have access to a 2 stroke twin 750 kawi motor too for something a bit bigger. Or Id like to just find an old honda odyssey. Quote

squash0069 Posted April 10, 2007 Report Posted April 10, 2007 about the buggy ive seen some done with golf carts and snowmobile motors wich are incredably fast and very easy to do because they both have almost the same drive setup and plenty of room to work with if your interested i work on a golfcourse and have access to many parts wich gave me the idea Quote
