clutch adjustment

i dont like the way my clutch is right now...

its hard to explain but ill try my best.

ok so i pull in the clutch all the way. then i let it go slowly to find where it grabs and starts to go

it grabs at the last centimeter on the clutch lever...

i would like to have about 1-inch of play were i can slip the clutch then only 1-cm

 

i would like the clutch to grab after 1-cm of letting it out but it grabs after 1-inch of letting it out

so in other words i dont have much clutch play or slipage

 

hopefully you understand that if not ill try it again

I think i understand you. I'm not sure how mine it but make sure the quick adjust turn thing is adjusted right and your cable isnt too stretched. I'm not sure if you can set when it starts to pull and how much it slips.

on my buddys 250r trike you can adjust that and same with my friends dirtbike

Well both my bikes have the quick adjust thing to take the slack out of the cable(gold thing in the picture below). But my dirtbike has something that lets you take even more slack out of the line.
