wiring harness

looking for a new wiring harness for my buddy. i bought him 1 of e-bay that looked good, then found out it was spliced 4-5 times.

really ??? i'll talk to him tonight, i forgot what plugs it has round or square. i think his is round...

 

not sure whats spliced on it, it ran for awhile -- he had stator problem,not sure if there's a short in wire or if his coil or something else is wrong.

 

i'll talk to him,i know he's wanting a new harness, i think he may have cut the plugs off were they hook to the stator, got the wrong stator so had to wire it in.

 

if it sounds like a pain in your ass just let me know.lol-lol

well just got off the phone with him.he said he cut it to shit!! somebody told him all he needed was 3 wires so he cut everything off but 3 wires.bike stll didnt work !!! lol !!!

 

sorry,not sure if he has his old 1 or not,i'll look in the shop and see.

I'm basically just wanting the plugs...Good care the least about the wires...lol...Let me know :biggrin:

Dont matter what style and work for me I'm building my own harness's just need plugs...

he has round plugs, what years are those. think mines a 98' and it has square.
