looking to make 60-65 H.P.

hello everyone,im looking to make a 60-65 HP banshee,what is the best route to go,i ahve a 98 with a few mods,fmf fattys,cool head w/22cc domes,toomey radiator,pro-design proflow intakes,prodesign foam air filter,stock carbs,i dont have too many mods,just a few bolts on,im not looking for a stroker crank or big bore kit,thinking to ditch the fmf's and go with cpi's and a sick port job.whats the trick to making a 60-65 H.P. BANSHEE

strong dune port, 33mm pwk, higher compression, advance timing and higher octane fuel. you could do those things and see where youre at and if you want more then go to some in frame drag pipes.
