I have a fresh Trinity built 400cc Cheetah power valve clean-up port that is running too hot. I have 19cc domes and I am running 111 F&S race fuel at sea level. I also am running the TZ oversize radiator with a new factory water pump, new factory coil, new stator, dyna ignition, 35mm kein with 152 main jet, 54 pilot cant remember the clip setting plug looks good mabe a little rich. but on a hard dune ride this thing will heat-up to over 200 degrees and I will have to shut it down. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

Have you tried running Engine Ice? I have yet to have an overheating problem with my powervalve. I run 160mains, 48pilots at 200 ft above seal level. If you find out what the prob is let us know....DOn't need to burn an engine up

when you say factory water pump do you mean stock. Or do you mean a trinity factory water pump. Cause if you have just a stock impeller that could be part of your prolbem.

This is a stock Yamaha impeller

well thats probably your problem. also try engine ice its not going to fix your problem but it apperently it is better and does run cooler. but i will put my money on your impeller. the aftermarket ones are way better from what i hear and flow way more coolent
