I have the opportunity to purchase a 2003 stock banshee for 2500 dollars. it only has 15-20 hours on it, and am unsure what they are bringing these days. the bike is immaculate condition other than a little wear on the front bumper (which could be replaced). the bike only has pips and aftermarket rear tires and rims on it. i used to own a ice drag banshee, but have been out of the game for so long i dont know what these bring now-a-days. is this a safe buy? i want to be able to drive it for a year and then off. what do you think? scooter Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 i agree its all about location. we have lots of sand here so shees are still pretty popular its hard to find one thats clean 2000 or newer for 2500 most of them kids have had them and cut them up and butchered them, i would see what there selling for in your area if your worried about resale. otherwise just buy the shee and have fun you cant go wrong if its in good shape Quote

Washburn Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 I actualy called around looked at a few then I was desprate and I started calling dealerships asking if they have any used Banshees. One did. 03 blue,ChromeTR6s, DG nerf bars, killswitch, parking break blaock off, Mudsharks, skid plates, everything else was stock for 2700. Its a runner too no doubt about it. I know I got a good deal. Im just suprised on where I got it. 2500 Pick it up Quote
