Crankshaft rebuilders

my buddy's stock cranshaft grenaded on him. Does anyone have an opinion on whos a good rebuilder of cranks that is reasonably priced.

Several organizations swear by this place. I personally have never used them for a Banshee crank, but I have used them for other crankshafts and the service cannot be beat. I have no idea what they charge, but it is porbably more than what Jim-Bob at your local NAPA machine shop would charge. :thumbsup:

By the time you buy all the parts and pay for labor you could have just gotten a Hot Rods Crank and had a 100% bran new crank. FAST sells a +4mill long rod stroker crank for around $475 and that is with extra weld put on it. I am not for sure what is stock stroke crank sells for. The both would be a hot rods crank though.

I was going to mention that it is probably cheaper to just buy a stock HotRods crank, but I wasn't sure what it cost to have one rebuilt. Good call! :thumbsup:
