Washburn Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Do any of you guys have pics of the Boyesen reeds mounted to your stock cages? Im wondering because I bought the V3S and took mine out then I needed new Intakes so I bought a set off of a fellow HQer and he said he had Boyesen Reeds on stock cages (He said he was 99% sure they were Boyesens) so I bought them too and they were Identical to the ones I pulled out of my bike. I bought my bike used with pipes and a few other mods so Im not sure. Then I seen a set of boyesens mounted on ebay and they were totaly diffrent. Can anyone help me out here? Quote

Washburn Posted February 15, 2007 Author Report Posted February 15, 2007 Yeah mine look like the power reeds. The corners are rounded off and stick out just a hair. I never really seen stock reeds are they made out of the same material as the boyesen? Yeah I definatly dont have the rad valve but it was recomended for less money than the V3S with my stock Banshee and it does look like a wicked piece. Quote

FireHead Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 The stock reeds I had seemed to be made of plastic. There owas one on each side of the cage and the had metal overtravel ramps on top of them. Quote
