Engine Change

Hi i have a banshee 350 2002, I was thinking of putting a 4stroke engine in it

does anyone have any ideas as to what engine i could put in it and what would be involved in doing it

E.g engine brackets sprocket alignment exchaust system

While it is definitely possible, I really do not think it is a good idea. The Banshee is an awesome machine, but what really accounts for its fame is its engine. The suspension geometry is less than desirable compared to other quads. If I were you, I'd work with another frame.

 

I have seen members on here do things like put a Banshee engine in a yfz 450 frame and even put a street bike engine in a Raptor frame. Something like that would be much more cool.

 

But if you want to stick with the Banshee frame, I say just build it up like most of the people here do.

the looks on the 450 riders faces are even better when you go out with a modded banshee and clean up. just my though everyone without a banshee seems to hate them so i just love showin up thowes 4 pokers

definately keep the 2 stroke.....
