Clutch cover/lock up question

I bent mine out a little and also adjusted it so it hangs down a little lower, so it isnt hitting on the bottom of the clutch cover.

Thanks for the reply and the pictures (that made it easier to picture than in my head).

 

I forgot about adjusting the brake pedal (Doh!).

 

I was in a rush putting it back together.

I also had to grind on my foot peg so it wouldnt hit on the billit ring.

My red bike got the bend treatment and I did not have to grind anything. Please note that I have fancy foot pegs though, that may have gotten me out of grinding.

 

My blu bike has a one-off ally (British for aluminum) brake lever.................. so that doesn't count. :geek:

I had to grind my foot peg to make it pass by the clutch cover, and bent my brake lever out of the way and grinded it a little and it was all good............

I have the AC nerfs and I adjusted it to clear.

 

I don't like the brackets that the nerfs fit in to (really poor welding) and the front mounting bracket doesn't line up right.

 

I am looking at those Factory 43 nerfs. They look nicely constructed.
