dajogejr Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 I was going to chop and PC my stock frame, but...my buddy already has a lightened J Arm frame with Chrome Drag JArms, Heim joints, the works. So...I'm gauging interest in my frame. 96 frame, full clean title, I'm the second owner, my good friend bought this bike brand new, I bought it in Feb. of 2005. It is still factory gray/silver. I removed the tabs for the stock pipes and for the heel guards. It is 100% Straight and clean, no bends, kinks, etc. SOLID!!! It needs paint for a show bike, it has the normal scratches and scuffs for a 10 year old frame. It will include: A Arms, newer bushings 6 over stock carrier swinger, year old bearings and seals in carrier Will include 6 over stainless rear brake line too. Durablue HD Axle, 0 to +4 with spacers, etc. Rear Hubs Front spindles/hubs and brakes. Steering Stem with tie rods and tie rod ends. This is basically a full frame with arms, steering and front brakes/rotors/pads The only thing missing will be shocks, sorry, I'm keeping my Marvins. I was going to part this frame out, etc., shave it, powder coat it, etc. I don't have the time. Anyone interested, and no low baller, I know what it's worth...so, don't kid yourself... Buyer to pay actual shipping or arrange local pickup, I'm just north of Detroit in SE MI. Frame will be back together this weekend, and I will post up pics when together. The buyer had to back out for personal reasons. Again, here's what's for sale, and I'm throwing in 4 tires, Holeshot XCRs for it as well. Fronts have over 90% tread, rears over 85%. Hold air PERFECTLY. You can have your choice of a +6 or stock length swinger, here's the rest. A Arms, newer bushings year old bearings and seals in carrier Will include 6 over stainless rear brake line too. Durablue HD Axle, 0 to +4 with spacers, etc. Rear Hubs Front spindles/hubs and brakes. JT and brother were over last night, I TRIED to fix his dinosaur computer...LOL. Him and brother liked my shiny chromoly JArms for my new bike!!! However...I probably won't go opening weekend of Silver Lake, a HUGE group of us are supposed to go 3rd or last weekend of April. Plus, I'm really trying to finance the Little Sahara HQ trip end of March, too!!! Silver Lake is not for me opening weekend....too many buddies went off the other side of a dune and landed in snow...and wadded ass!! Quote
rriggs Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 yeah, i dunno if im gonna make it openeing weekend seeings how april 1st is on a sunday..i called over there and asked if they were gonna open that friday or saturday, and they said NOPE! if there is snow on the ground, i know for sure i cant go..especially if im not all healed up...from what JT said that sahara trip sounds kick ass...i wouldnt mind heading down to it next year for sure for the bhq ride out..let me know for sure when you guys are heading over there in april..i'll have a beer or 5 with ya...post some pics of that build so i can drool over it..LMAO Quote

I really don't feel like putting it all back together, it's damn cold in my garage, but...I can. Here's pics of it all. The pro taper bars and mounts are not included, but, I do have a set of stock, straight bars if you want. The front tires (smoothies), Mavin Shaw shocks and rear brakes are not included in the pics, either. For local pickup and cash, I will give you both the stock swinger AND +6 over, two carriers (silver carrier has year old bearings/seals) I can't vouch for the bearings in the black carrier, the arm was given to me by a friend.
