Definately make sure you get a title or notarized bill of sale with it. If you can run the VINs first. Not saying it's a scam, or it's stolen, just better to be safe then sorry, that's all. Banshees sell pretty cheap up here in MI. I paid less than his asking price for my '98 granted it didn't have aftermarket pipes but it was cleaner. I've seen quite a few sell in the $1500 to $1800 price range recently around here. He's a pretty good guy. He always seems to have quads and bikes for sale. He bought a Tecate-4 off my neighbor and sold it a week or two later. He had a nicely modded Honda 250R about 1.5 yrs ago and ended up taking less than $2K for it because no one around here was interested in it. Had it on ebay 2 different times too but no one wanted to drive to MI to pick it up. He must get pretty good deals on his stuff because he does post them up for sale pretty cheap versus the going rate. Quote
