notch86 Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 I've got a Yamaha Banshee I'm wanting to sell. It needs some work, but, I don't have the time to work on it. At the moment it will not start and I was told the stator was bad. The plastics were painted black when I bought it but it is not bad looking, The fronts are not in bad shape. The fenders have been trimmed but the back has a crack in it. There is a spot in front of the fender where the exhaust got against it and melted a hole in it. I was also having trouble with second gear the last time I rode it. I have never had any trouble with second gear and don't know why it was giving me problems. It does have a coolhead, a -2 swingarm 13 and 15 tooth front sprockets, a durablue axle, stock wheels and an aftermarket set with rear beadlocks with kenda calws on the with good tread.I have 2 sets of pipes toomey t3's and lrds that need repacking . The previous owner cut the turn down part of the exhaust off so it exits straight out. I'm asking $1000 OBO. Since it needs as much work as it does I will negotiate. I'll try to get some pictures up either today or tomorrow. Quote
