ToomeySheeLE Posted December 14, 2006 Report Posted December 14, 2006 Yeah.. you messed up.. There are 2 bolts that you need to loosen.. One on the top of the carrier and one on the bottom. they run through, you'll need a wrench or socket on each side.. I believe they are 14mm and 15mm. Easiest to turn your tires so you can fit a socket between the disc brake holes and sprocket hole on the other side.. After these 2 bolts are loosened off, you can go ahead and tighten the adjusting screws on the back(after loosening the locking nuts of course). You should accually notice the carrier moving backward as you tighten the bolts... Feel the chain for tightness and then tighten the lock nuts and the 2 big bolts that you loosened to begin with.. Try to keep the adjustment screws even on each side.. I find counting the number of threads showing the easiest way. I dont have anypics.. perhaps someone else does.. Good luck BRad Quote
yamaha04 Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 after you do all that you could just cound the little ticks that are on each ajuster much easier then counding threads lol No offence brad lol mach sure you have the same amount on each side. Quote
