with your mods i wouldn't go with any more than 8 paddles. as far as size it depends on what kind of riding you do. any thing bigger than 20 is gonna push, and with your mods i would stick with 20. skat trak will make you any size tire wheel combo you can dream of.

I'd buy a set already mounted on 8 inch rims. Sell the combo of what you have now.

Banshees like a taller, skinnier tire when it comes to sand, and I agree...8 paddles on yours will be fine.

Planetsand.com has a sponsor, Jim's Sand Toys or something like that....he's got the best prices on rims/tires around that I know of....

I tried to find him, but...they're working on their banners...

i might end up selling mine after this season is over... i might have to go to a taller tire like da was saying... im having some work done and i dont think the tire i got will cut it but i guess we will see..

On my 4 mil cub, 6 over swinger, 10 paddle haulers 22X10X8 with a 72" rollout, I got ALL kinds of traction....

I'm going farther out back (from 6 to 14 over) or I'd be keeping them, great, great tire.

(no, not for sale, yet....a buddy's got dibbs on 'em.)

why do you want a10" wheel for scutting around and 8 for draggin? ive never drove mine in the sand yet. im wondering bc i need to know what tires to get for x-mas,

rotational mass...with an 8 inch rim your tires get taller when you hit the gas and they spread out... when you have a wider rim the tires cant open up as much.... like da was saying you want a tall skinny tire....
