i did name the down fall's, like i said to ronniesraptor there are two different override a drag or a duneable...a DRAG override does have the down falls welded check balls bent shift forks.A drag cut override you cant down shift you cant really pull in the clutch when slowing down from top speed...she man calm down there... your getting up tight there...you or rideing a duneable override...which if down right and you have the better shift star there really or no problem...so you way out the pro and cons....

we arent talking about just one type of override in drags or dunes. is that what youre talkin about? im confused?

 

i must have miss read his post... i thought he was saying that there was a down fall to using a override (in general) if you do anything besides drag...

 

the way i read it was there are problems with an override if your doing anything but drag... didnt catch the part of which over ride he is talkin gabout so i assumed duneable...

 

the downfall to having a regular override is that you cant down shift while youre riding. you have to come to a complete stop before you shift down or youll bend shift forks.

i must have typed wrong HeH, there is no really downfalls to a clutchless shifting, makes more power faster to the ground..i was just saing a stright drag override SUCKS for someone that wants to cruise around...but we all agree get the right cut by the right person and you will be hppy
