i need some input..im thinking about buying this banshee for 2000, i would buy it for 1800-2000 he hasnt decided yet...he is one of my best friends...it has ohlins all around..the a-arms are specially made..out of steal or something there heavy...it is bored out alot...it has toomeys idk what number..brand new holeshot xd's on back...on itp rims....idk what else heres some pics..tell what u think..thanks in advance.

and no the rack is not on the back anymore lol the frame looks to be also pc'd or something like that..idk only one carb? is that good..sry i dont know alot about banshees.

well any input is appreciated.

I think you could do alot better for 2k. Thats looking pretty rough i dont think i would buy it but thats just my oppion.

Yea dudes right. Looks pretty beat chains all loose. How long has it been sitting! Tell him $1250.00

oh yea, there is a brand new chain on it since the pictures were taken, new back brake pads....yae it is a little beat up, it is a 1990 pretty old.

hes lying to u there, they quit making J-Arms in 88 (i believe) i wouldnt pay $1000 for it. the frame looks tweak in the back, i think ure buddy's trying to fuck ya

These guys are tellin ya right Bubba...2 grand will get you quite abit more bike than the one you are considering...ESPECIALLY if you're willing to travel some to pick one up. With all the talk about the gov't wanting to get rid of 2 strokes in general, plus all the new stuff coming out is 4 stroke anyways, if you take your time and look I'm sure that you'll find one quite a few years newer and in better condition to boot! In the meantime, spend some time reading up on banshees (this site's forum is a GREAT place to start!) and learn about all the modifications people are doing to their bikes to make them faster, handle better, and just plain more enjoyable all around! It's kinda one of them "measure twice, cut once" situations but, you'll be glad you did...
