I converted over to a custom frame when transfering all the parts. I need to make sure that the new frame can be registered as is with out the title before i do anything with it. I know I can't use the title with the new one, but I'm not sure if I will need it for an documentaion of proof of ownership. No bolts are stripped. Quote

The frame does not have a VIN, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to show that this is the same quad, just a new frame. Quote
