have heard that these are a good setup. my motor blew up so I'm thinking about increasing the performance when I rebuild it. also will it be hard to do myself or should I pay to get it done.

it needs a good port job to really see the gains for them , it is easy to install yourself but youll need to have the new sleeves pressed in your current cylinders and it can get costly . what kind of riding do yo u do ?welcome to HQ btw

i think a port job would help out, or a stroker 4mm setup.

i had jim at passions do 1 for me. you can pm him if you want. passionre on here.

porting doesn't increase CC's though, right? won't a bigger motor make more power?

a banshee engines power lies in the porting and pipes. dont waste your money on the big bore. spend that on some good porting and good pipes. you will love yourself for it.

there are a ton of builders out there. what kind of riding do you do? generally a woods or dune port runs about 300 whereas a drag port will run you about 5 to 600...i have motors done by both FAST and Redline racing. they both do excellent work and are great to deal with.

i did a search already

seems like it boils down to passion or fast. I PM'd passionre or something, but they haven't got back to me yet. i mainly ride on farm land but sometimes ride the dunes. mainly I just want to beat my buddies dad on his honda 450

Damn, i guess i wasted my money on my 535cc motor :ermm:

haha yea your 535 cheetah is a little different than a stock cylinder vitos big bore. those arent even in the same category of engine types...
